Ingredients

 1 cup All-purpose flour:
 1 cup Mawa(Khoya):
 1 cup Milk:
  Ghee or oil for frying.
For sugar syrup:
 5 ½ cups Pista Sugar:.and Almond: for garnishing.
 1 cup Water:
  Green Cardamom:5-6(grind in powder).

1.Add water and sugar in a pan and heat it until all the sugar dissolved in it.
2.Cook it for 4-5 minutes. Sugar syrup should not be single thread consistency
   but it shud stick to your fingers.

3.Flavored it with cardamom powder. You can use rose water(1tbsp) or kevda water as well.

Malpua Method:

1.Add Mawa and flour together mix them well and add milk little by little and make a
    smooth batter of it.Batter should be of pouring consistency.

2.keep it aside for atleast 30-45 minutes.

3.Now heat oil or ghee in shallow pan and keep the heat medium.

4.With the help of a spoon pour the batter in the pan. Flip it over and cook it until it

    gets light golden brown.

5.Pour it in sugar syrup and keep it for atleast five minutes. Now drain all the excess of

   sugar syrup.

6.Keep it onto a plate and pour Rabdi onto it. Garnish it with slivered almond and pistachio.
