Ingredients

 12 Pitted Dates
 6 Big size Paan Leaves
 ¼ cup Desiccated Coconut
 ¼ cup Fennel Seeds
 2 tbsp Candied Saunf
 1 tbsp Rose Water
 ¼ tsp Paan Chutney
 2 Mashed Dates
 4 Silver Virk

Paan is a bundle of joy which you chew with sheer happiness.Paan is a delicacy which is eaten in social gathering or in wedding. It is kind of mouth freshener and digestive help, essentially a potli(bundle) of fragrant fennel, gulkand, mukhwas(candied fennel seed)fresh and cold menthol studded in pitted date and wrapped in paan leaf. Pop, it in your mouth and feel the burst of lots of different flavors harmoniously go with each other. Toothsome texture of fennel add the crunch to it. If you are willing to taste this no red mouth and no betel taste paan. Try out this recipe and feel the burst of divine flavors of paan bite.
Method:
1.Mix Fennel seeds, Coconut, rose water,Paan chutney, together and fill the mixture in pitted dates.
2.Cut the paan leaf in 2 parts depending on the size. Wrap it around khajur(dates). Tuck them in skewer or tooth prick.
3. Serve after having food or as dessert. Be careful while using the paan chutney as it is pretty potent (menthol concentrate) and if added more can lead to bitter paan bites.
