Methi(fenugreek) Mathri
MATHRI

Ingredients
1.Mix all the dry ingredients together well.
2.Now add butter in it and mix well.
3.Add milk little by little and knead it in soft dough.
let it rest for 15 minutes.
5.Start rolling the dough and cut round shapes with the cookie cutter.
Place them in clean dish and cover them with kitchen towel until all the the dough is done.
6.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry them in batches. Don’t add too much at once,
otherwise temperature of the oil will drop. Keep the heat on low to medium.
7.Fish them out and keep aside on a paper towel so that extra oil can be absorbed.
Relish Mathri with hot piping tea.
