Cranberry(Karonda) ki khatti meethi Chutney

Ingredients
6 oz Cran Berry6 oz =3/4 cups
1 cup Water
½ cup Sugar
½ tsp Dry Ginger powder
½ cup Red Pepper Powder
½ tsp Black Salt
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
⅛ tsp Asafoetida

1.Add Cran Berry and water in the pan and add Sugar in it.
2.Bring it to rolling boil and add all the dry spices in it.
3.Cook it for 8-10 minutes and check the consistency for thickness.
4.Cran Berry Sonth Chutney is ready to relish.
5.It can be paired with Dahi-Vada,Golgappa chaat,Pakoda and Parantha
