Ingredients

 1 cup Rice Flour
 ½ cup Chana Dal
 ½ cup Moong Dal
  Lukewarm Water2/3 cup water is =150 ml
 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leave :
 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste :
  tsp Asafoetida:
  tsp Turmeric:
 ¼ tsp Black pepper:
 ½ tsp Red Chilli powder:
 1 Salt
Ingredients for Tempering
 1 tsp Mustard seeds :
 2 Curry Leaves sprigs
 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1

Method:
1. Soak Chana Dal and Moong Dal for 4-5 hrs.
2. Grind it in coarse paste. Use the pulse setting of the grinder.
3. Add all dry spices and mix well.
4. Knead Rice flour with lukewarm water and keep it aside for 30 minutes
5. After 30 minutes make round balls (size of medium size Lemon)
6. Take one ball and make 3 inches of diameter of poori out of it.
7. You can use your hands to flatten it.
8. Now take one spoonful of filling mixture and put inside the poori
And make a half moon shape.
9. Assemble all the Poori.
10. Place all Fara in a steamer and steam cook for 15 minutes.
Tempering
1.Add Oil in a pan, when hot add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
2.Add Fara and cook for 2-3 minutes .
3.Garnish with chopped Green Coriander leaves
4.Serve hot with Tea and Green Chutney.
