Melon Salad

Ingredients
1.Cut the melon in half .Take a melon scooper and scoop out all the pulp.Try to scoop it in
round shape.
2.Save the shell or rind of melon for serving the salad.
3.Add derssing to the melon.I use simple mint syrup (mint infused water)for dressing as mint enhances the flavour.Dressing is optional.
4.Serve it in melon shell itself.OR Thread them in the skewer.OR Pierce the skewer in the
shell itself.
This presentation takes the simple salad to a whole new lavel and It looks very festive and
fancy.
