Pine-apple Kheer

Ingredients

 2 cups Milk:
 1 cup Heavy Cream:
 ½ cup Sugar: or as per your taste
 1 PineApple crushed(canned): 1 can (400 g)
 1 tbsp Almond: (Chopped lengthwise)
 1 tbsp Pistachio: .
 1 tbsp Green cardamom: crushed
 1 tbsp Rose Water: (optional)
 1 tbsp Rose Petals:.( for garnishing optional)
  tbsp Saffaron strands: (for garnishing optional)
Method
1

1.Pour crushed Pineapple into the sieve and strain all the liquid out of it. Keep it aside.
2. In a deep pan add Milk and Heavy Cream together and bring it up to a boil.
3. Simmer the heat between low to medium setting and cook it for 25 minutes  until it left ¾.
4. Add Sugar and crushed Green cardamon in it and mix well.
5. Let it get cold or until you can handle the heat with your hands.
6. Add Pineapple in it and mix well. Add Rose water and mix again.
7.Refridgerate it. Garnish it with Rose Petals, chopped Almond and Pistachio.
8.Relish it chilled.
