Hariyali Tikka
Tikka is richly marinated dish which later roasted on high flame in Tandoor. It needs no introduction and is very renowned dish in all over India. It is served as an appetizer. A Yoghurt base marination is prepared with many spices. Many vegetable including but not limited to Paneer, Capcicum (Green, Red,Yellow), Onion, Baby Potato, and Mushroom can be added to the dish. I used both Oven and Grilled Pan to cook it.You can directly cook it on stove top on high flame.Later on, drizzle of lemon juice and just dash of Chaat masala increases the flavor and make the dish scrumptiously delicious.

Ingredients
- In a grinder add all the ingredients of marination and grind it in smooth paste.

not thin.Roast the besan in a pan for 3-4minutes.Add it in the paste so that it can stick
to the veggies.
2. Now add all the vegetable in marination and mix them well so the paste coats all veggie.
3. In the skewer thread potato, green pepper, onion, red pepper, paneer chunk, yellow
bell pepper.Again repeat the process.
4. Preheat the oven on 450 Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes. Place all the skewers in baking
tray and drizzle vegetable oil onto the skewer or you can grill Skewers on grilling pan.
