Ingredients

 1 cup Yogurt( Hung curd or strained yogurt)
 1 cup Boiled potato mashed
 1 tbsp Cornstarch
 ½ tsp finely chopped green chillies
 ½ tsp finely chopped ginger
  tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 tsp Kewda Water

Method:
1.Take a big sieve and line it with paper towel.Pour yogurt in it and pop it in the
fridge for at least four to five hours to get rid of extra water.
Refrigerate it so it doesn't get sour.
2.Take a bowl and add yogurt and boiled potato in it.Mix them well.
3.Now add Salt, Asafoetida and finely chopped Ginger, Green chili, Cornstarch and
Kewra water.Mix it well to make smooth dough.
4.In a bowl take little Oil to grease in your hands.Now take
mixture in your hand and make a round shape.
5.Smear Oil if needed.
6.In a flat pan drizzle a little bit of oil and shallow fry them on low flame for 4 minutes each side.
7.Take them out on a paper towel to absorb extra oil.
8.Serve hot with Green Mint-Coriander Chutney.
