Butternut Squash or Pumpkin Ki Barfi

Ingredients
Method:
Add 1 Tbsp Desi ghee in a pan and roast diced Squash in it
for 10 minutes on low flame.
Simultaneously,in another Pan add Dry Milk powder and Heavy cream and
Cook it until Mawa becomes golden brown.
Now cooked Squash is cold enough to transfer in the blender
Then blend it in a smooth paste.
Put it back in the pan and add Mawa in it.
Add Cardamom essence, Cinnamon Powder, and 1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
Stir well until all ingredients combine well.
Set the mixture in a dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle slivered Almond and garnish with Silver Virk.
When cold , cut into bite size pieces.
Enjoy.
