Awadhi paneer in Pumpkin Gravy

Ingredients
250 g Pumpkin
500 g Paneer
½ cup Onion( 1 medium size)
½ cup Tomato(Or 1 Medium size)
4 Garlic Cloves
½ Inch Ginger piece
1 Green Chilli
1 tbsp Melon seeds
Spices for Gravy
⅛ tsp Cinamon Powder
⅛ tsp Mace Powder
⅛ tsp Clove Powder
⅛ tsp Asafoetida
¼ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
¼ tsp Rose Water
½ tsp Salt or as per your taste

Method:
- In a pan add Oil and roast Melon seeds for 30 seconds or until they start crackling.
- Now add Garlic and roast for 1 minute or until it turns pink.
- Add Ginger and Green chili and roast.
- Now add diced Yellow pumpkin and roast it for almost 10-12 minutes or until aldente.
- Now transfer all the roasted ingredients in a blender and blend in smooth paste.
- Add butter in the same pan and add the ground paste in it.
- Add Salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, Mace powder,Clove Powder, Asafoetida and mix them well .Cook for 10 minutes.
- Once a little cold then sift it through a sieve. Add little fresh cream
- Again add in the Pan and add Paneer in it.
- Enjoy with Laccha Paratha, Naan, Tandoori Roti, Phulka or with Rice.
