
Method:
1.In a pan add Water and add the Soya nuggets in it .
Boil for 8-10 minutes or until doubled in size.
2.Rinse them in cold water and squeeze to get rid of the water.
3.In a pan add desi ghee and roast sliced onions until golden brown.
4.Blend boiled Soya Nuggets and Onion in a blender and make a paste.
4. In the Soya-Onion Paste ,add boiled potato, Salt, Red pepper powder, Asafoetida and special dry roast powder.
5.Mix all the mixture well and make round balls of equal size.
6.Flatten them and shallow fry them in a pan for 10-12 minutes or until light brown.
7. Serve with Laccha paratha,Roti,Naan, and chutney.
