Tofu-Manchurian is an appetizer dish and can be eaten as main course. It is sumptuous indo-Chinese dish made of Tofu.Tofu is deep fried in oil and then sautéed with different veggies. As a starter, it is served with tomato and chili sauce.It is served with white or brown rice or with Chinese noodles as main course.

1.In a bowl add all-purpose flour, corn starch, finely chopped garlic and ginger and salt. Mix it well.
2.Cut Tofu in bite size pieces and put them in flour mixture.Coat them well in the mixture.
3.Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu in it until golden brown.Fish them out on paper towel to absorb extra oil.
4.Heat 1Tbsp.oil in another pan and add chopped onion in it sauté them for a while and add chopped
ginger, garlic, capsicum, celery.
5.Add soya sauce, tomato and chili sauce, vinegar, salt and mix it well.
6.Now add fried tofu in it and stir well. Now add spring onion and mix well. Garnish with cilantro,
spring onion and carrot julienne.
Serve it as an appetizer or you can serve it with white rice or brown rice as main course.
