Gatta Curry is famous traditional Rajasthani dish which is prepared with Gram flour or widely known as 'Besan'.The base of the Gravy is Onion-Tomato and Yoghurt.Traditionally Gatta Curry doesn't have any filling inside but this recipe is inspired by Rajasthani Thali which I had chance to eat during my recent India trip. There is one very renowned restaurant in Gurgaon named "Kingdom of Dream".They are very famous for their regional delicacies of every state of India.Rajasthan is one of them.Stuffed Gatta curry is more rich and succulent than the normal Gatta Curry and is served with Roti, Nan,Rice and some other accompaniments. Hence, the name is stuffed or Shahi Gatta curry. Filling is very simple. You just need grated Paneer and few dry fruits and season it with Salt. That's it. I just used Raisins in this recipe, you can use as much  dry fruits as you want but then remember it can make the curry more rich.

1.In a bowl add 1 cup of gram flour with salt, pepper, asafetida, and crushed coriander seed.
Mix it well. Add oil in it and mix.
2. Add water in the mixture and make a dough. Grease your hand as gram flour tends to
stick. Dough should be medium soft. Divide the dough in 4-5 equal parts.
3.Make cylindrical shape out of each dough and flattened it with the help of your hand.
Now fill the Paneer filling in it and seal it like a HOT-DOG.
