Sooji Laddu is traditional Maharashtrian delicacy and prepared at the time of Diwali yet very much famous in all over India.Sooji laddu is very easy to make and get ready quickly. You don't have to count calories while eating these Laddus.

1.In a pan add semolina and ghee together and roast it for 15-18 minutes on slow heat.
2.Now add sugar, green cardamom powder and nuts in it. Mix it well.
3.Add medium hot milk in it and mix it well.
4.Let the mixture get cold for a while so that you can handle the heat with your hands.
5.Now take palm full of mixture and make round balls out of it.Garnish with silver Virk for more festive look. Enjoy Sooji laddu as a dessert or tea time snack.
