 Moong Dal Cake

 2 cups Moong Dal flour
 2 ¼ cups Water
 ½ tbsp Citric acid
 ½ tsp Red pepper powder
 ½ tbsp Turmeric
 ½ tbsp Asafoetida
 2 tbsp Eno fruit salt
 1 tbsp Oil
 ½ tbsp Ginger
 ½ tbsp Green chillies(finely chopped)
 Salt to taste

1. In a bowl add all dry ingredient moongdal, salt, pepper, asafoetida, turmeric powder, citric   acid and mix them well.
