 2 cups Heavy whipping cream: .16 oz ( 2 cups)
 2 cups Whole Milk: 16 oz
 ¼ cup Dried Milk powder:
 ½ cup Sugar:
 1 tsp Cardamom Powder:
Method
1

1.Add Milk and Whipping cream in a pan and bring it upto a rolling boil.
2.When it starts boiling then simmer the heat on low setting and let lt cook.
3.After 10-15 minutes thin skin start to form on the surface of the milk. 
   Skim it aside on the wall of the pan. Add dried Milk in it and mix well.
4.Repeat the process of skimming for 7-8 times until milk start to thicken like 
   condensed milk and turn yellow/cream in color or cook it until ¾  of the quantity 
   is left in the pan.
5.Add Sugar and Cardamom powder in it. Add Rose water for more rich flavor .
6.When cold take it out in the bowl and keep it in the Fridge for couple of hrs.
7.Garnish it with Pistachio/Almond/Saffaron and dry Rose Petals. Relish it cold.
