Phyllo is a pastry dough which is very thin like paper.Most famous recipe of Phyllo dough is Baklava.But here we are not preparing this recipe.Instead we are making phyllo cups which are very festive and fancy and we can use them in many ways.Phyllo cups are so tempting and mouth-watering that you can't resist yourself having more than one.Here are some of the ways to please your taste buds.To maximize the most Gastronomical Pleasure go crazy with any filling like quinoa salad,fruit salad,ice-cream,flavoured yoghurt or even an Indian chaat.
These cups can be used as dessert(ice-cream and fruit cups),salad(quinao salad cups),snack(chaat cups) or accompaniment(yoghurt cups).
You can prepare them in advance and fill them with any filling at the time of serving.
This is important to remember we can prepare phyllo cups in advance but fill them only when it is time to serve.Otherwise phyllo cups tend to get soggy in just 2-3 minutes. Ingredients:
Phyllo sheets
Butter

1 1.Cut phyllo sheets length wise in 3-3 ½ inches of width.
2 2.Now take one phyllo sheet and brush it with melted butter.
3.Take upto 3-4 phyllo sheets and stack them one by one.
4.Now cut them in square.
5.Take a baking tray and line it with paper cups.
6.Line phyllo sheets in paper cups in the baking tray.
7.Put them in preheated oven on 300 degree F for 15 minutes.
8.Let them cool for a while(6-8 minutes).
