
Direction:1.Add mint and coriander leaves,green chilles and lemon juice in grinder.2.Grind them in fine paste.add salt,black salt ,2½ cups of water and jal-jeera powder in it and mix well.3.Strain it through a sieve to remove coarse element of water.You can always add more salt as per your taste. Refrigerate it in fridge for at least 30 minutes.4.Relish Pani Puri with pani puri water.
