Panner Tikka masala is just a variation of Paneer Tikka.It needs no introduction and is very renowned dish in all over India. It is served as an entree while Paneer Tikka is an appetizer. The gravy base is thick tomato-onion paste. It is richly marinated dish in which first, a Yoghurt base marination is prepared with many spices. Many vegetable including but not limited to Paneer, Capsicum (Green, Red,Yellow), Onion, Baby Potato, and Mushroom can be added to the marination.Marinated veggies are then roasted in the oven or on the grilled pan.Then charred Paneer and Veggie chunks are simmered in thick Tomato-onion gravy. I used both Oven and Grilled Pan to cook it.You can directly cook it on stove top on high flame as well.When it's simmered in thick gravy which makes the dish scrumptiously delicious.

Ingredients FOR MARINATION OF PANEER AND VEGGIE:
 ½ cup Hung Yoghurt:
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice:
 ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Mirch:
 ½ tsp Black Pepper:
 2 tbsp Roasted Gram Flour:.
 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi:
 1 tsp Roaster cumin Powder:
 ½ tsp Salt:
 ¼ tsp Black Salt:
 ¼ tsp Chaat Masala:
  tsp Clove Powder:
 ½ tbsp Ginnger-Garlic Paste:
 1 tbsp Mustard Oil:
Vegetables:
 1 cup Paneer: (cut in cubes)
 ¾ cup Green Capsicum: (cut in cubes)
 ¾ cup Red Capsicum: (cut in cubes)
 ¾ cup Onion: (cut in cubes)
Method for Gravy:
Ingredients for gravy:
 1 Tomato: (chopped)
 ½ cup Red onion chopped
 Green chillis:2
 ½ Ginger piece: inch
 Garlic clove: 1
 Salt to taste
 Red pepper to taste.
 1 tsp Turmeric:
 1 tsp Coriander powder:
 ½ tsp Asafetida:
 ½ tsp Kasoori Methi:
 ¼ cup Whole milk:

1.In a mixer add Tomato,Onion,Garlic,Green chilli and Ginger piece and grind in fine paste.
2.Heat 1 table spoon of oil in pan. When hot, add cumin seed in it.when start crackling
add tomato-onion puree and mix well.Reduce the flame on slow and cook it for 5 minutes.
Add all the spices and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
3.Heat should be on slow. Add Tikkas and mix well. Sprinkle kasoori methi and add Milk
in it.Mix well.(You can use Heavy cream instead of Milk.)
6.Now turn the heat on medium and let it cook for another 5 minutes.Garnish with dash
of Milk and Coriander leaves.Relish it hot with Roti.Phulka,Nan or Rice.

Method for Tikkas:

1. Add Yoghurt in a bowl and mix all the dry spices in it.
2. Pour oli in it and mix well.
3. Add Paneer and Capsicum and keep it aside for an hour.
4. Meanwhile soak Skewer in water.If you want to roast them on direct flame on the
    cook top then you have to use metal skewers.
5. In the skewer thread Green Pepper,Red Pepper,Paneer cubes and Onion. 

    Again repeat the process.

  1. Preheat the oven on 450 Fahrenheit for 8-10 minutes. Place all the skewers in baking 

    tray  and drizzle vegetable oil onto the skewer or you can grill Skewers on grilling pan.

    I used olive oil in this recipe .Place the tray in oven for 15 minutes (450 Fahrenheit).

5.Take them out when you start seeing them turning dark brown.
