
Method:
1.Add whipping Cream and Dates in a blender and make a smooth paste.
2.Add Milk powder and desi Ghee in a pan and dry roast it for 10 minutes on Lowest flame.
3.When it starts turning golden brown then add the dates mixture in it and Mix well.
4.Add ButterScotch essence in it . Mix well again.
5.Let it cool for 15-20 minutes . Start making Pedas. Make a dent in it.
6.Garnish it with Chopped Pistachio, Almond or Rose Petals.
7.Roll them in Sugar. Put them in Cupcake/Muffin Liners.
8.Mathura ke Pede are ready to enjoy.
