1.Mix besan,yoghurt,water,salt,turmeric,asafoetida in a bowl and whisk it well until all
the lumps dissolved.
2.In pan pour the batter and keep stirring it continuously on low to medium heat.
3.Stir it for 10-12 minutes.continuous whisking is important otherwise Beasn tends to get lumpy.
4.With the help of soup ladle pour it on silver foil or you can pour the batter on clean kitchen
counter top and spread it thinly on the silver foil.
5.Cut it lengthwise in 2 inches of width.
6.Lift one of the end and start rolling it.keep them in Serving tray.
Tempering:
1.Heat oil in a tempering pan.When hot enough add mustard seed in it.When seeds start crackling
add slit green chilli and curry leaves.
2.Pour oil onto the khandvi rolls.
Relish it with
