Double Ginger Cookie

 5 ¼ cups All purpose flour:
 ¾ cup Light brown sugar:
 1 tsp Baking soda:
 1 tsp Salt:
 1 tbsp Ground ginger:
 ½ tsp Cinnamon:
 ¼ tsp Vanilla extract:
 ½ cup Crystallized ginger
 ¼ cup Cranberry:
  cup Molasses:
 5 ½ Melted unsalted butter: stick(room temperature)
 1 Egg:
Method
1

1.Add all dry ingredients together.
2.Add chopped crystallized ginger and chopped crane berry in it and mix it well so that
ginger and berries coated with flour. That way they don’t set down in bottom.
3.Now add all the wet ingredients and mix well.
4.Line the baking tray with wax paper.
5.Take an ice cream scooper and take out the dough so that all the cookies are of same
size.Put them on baking tray 1½ inches apart from each other.
6.Pop them in preheated oven for 10 minutes on 350°F.
7.Take them out and let them cool.Enjoy double ginger cookie with tea or coffee
